Rio's Construction LLC serves as a leading home improvement construction company in the South Jersey area. The company was founded by Jurandi Souza de Oliveira (also known as Junior to Jay), a family man born and raised in Brazil. The company's unique logo and the name were inspired by Brazil's famous sugarloaf mountain located in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. The Bright colors of our logo represent the Brazilian flag. Green represents Nature. Blue represents the water in Brazil which is the most drinkable water in the entire world. Last but not least, yellow represents the gold, a rich source located in Minas Gerais.

Project Consultation
Standard Services
An $89.99 non-refundable consultation and estimate fee applies to standard remodeling and construction projects. This includes an on-site evaluation, project consultation, measurements, and a written estimate. If you move forward with Rio’s Construction and sign a construction contract, the full $89.99 fee will be credited toward your project.
Home Additions & Custom Homes
A $350 non-refundable consultation fee applies to all home addition and custom home projects. This initial investment allows our team to dedicate the time and expertise needed to properly evaluate your project and develop a clear direction.
If you choose to move forward with Rio’s Construction and your project is approved, the full $350 consultation fee will be credited toward your construction project.
From Concept to Construction
Already have professionally prepared architectural plans? We can use your drawings as the foundation for developing your project estimate.
If you’re starting with an idea rather than a finished set of plans, Rio’s Construction LLC works with an experienced in-house architect who can help bring your vision to life and guide you through the design and permitting process.
Architectural design, engineering, property surveys, and permit drawings are not included in the consultation fees and are priced separately according to the size, scope, design requirements, and complexity of your project.

The company was founded by Jurandi Souza de Oliveira (also known as Junior & Jay), a family man born and raised in Brazil. Jurandi is an innovative, flexible, creative, and professional contractor who has over 27 years of experience. His expertise allows him to manage a variety of projects such as kitchen and bathroom remodel, new decks, flooring, and siding, just to name a few. While his eves for detail allow him to be an expert for home repairs such as water leaks, window repair, deck, and siding. Junior is an honest, hardworking man who takes each new project as his own by turning your vision into a reality.
